Overview
The HR-150A Rockwell hardness test is an uncomplicated tool used to determine the hardness value of various materials, including hard metals, carburized steels, quenched steels, hard cast irons, mild steels, Al-alloys, Cu-alloys, malleable irons. It follows the Rockwell Principle as defined by ISO 6508 and ASTM E18. This test measures the depth difference between the primary and testing load and converts it into a hardness value. They serve as essential testing instruments in quality control departments, universities, colleges, research institutions, and industrial laboratories.
